| 2. Committee Room 1 |
| Situated on the first floor this room is ideal for smaller parties or meetings. The room is approximately 7 x 4 metres. |

| 3. Committee Room 2 |
| Also on the first floor this is a smaller room measuring approximately 4.5 x 3 metres. |

| Toilets, including a disabled w.c. are located in the lobby area on the ground floor. |
