| Situated on the ground floor of the building, the hall offers plenty of tables and chairs, a kitchen
including fridge and cooker. The hall is approximately 5.5 x 10 metres. |

| 2. Committee Room |
| Situated on the first floor this room is ideal for smaller parties or meetings. The room is approximately 7 x 4 metres. |

| Toilets, including a disabled w.c. are located in the lobby area on the ground floor. |
